Shuttle bus, leaving every morning at 4 am takes you in 6 hours to Copan.

Chicken bus Antigua - Guatemala City – Chiquimula - El Florido – Copan takes about 8 hours.

From San Pedro Sula

Direct Hedman Alas bus or 2nd class bus casasola (3 hours)
